• How many people will come to clean my house?

  Generally, for the domestic cleaning we have a team of 2 experienced staff. Sometime when the job is small and does not take much time then we can allocate 1 cleaner. However for the bigger jobs consuming lots of hours, we provide team of 3 or above specially for the commercial sites which may be over 20 + staffs at the same time. It all depends upon the nature of the job and hours that we estimate.

• Do I have to be present for a cleaning?

  No. not at all. You can be free and peace of mind while our police checked staffs are taking care of your cleaning needs.

  But, if you want to be present and see how our cleaners work. you can always decide to do so.

• How long will it take to clean my house?

  This will completely depend upon the job that needs to be completed. Generally with team of 2 or 3 , it wont take much time to complete and finish the checklist. So you can have a quick coffee or meeting completed while our cleaners are finishing the cleaning job for you and leaving your house sparkling clean.

• Is there a Cancellation Fee ?

  NO if you let us know at least 24 hour before. We maintain our schedule in professional manner and cancellation on last hour is a pain for everyone. So slight cancellation fee may be charged if cancelled within 24 hours. However, we do not encourage for the last hour cancellation because this ruins the time table of the staffs and also creates in efficiency to other potential clients.

• Can we trust your staffs? Are they Police Checked and Insured ?

  Answer is YES.

  You can trust our staffs. They are Police Checked and Insured. We complete the verification process and perform effective screening of the staffs during hiring process. We then train them with our highly trained and experienced team before we send them to your house. Therefore, you can trust the staffs and our system.
