  - Spot Cleaning of any scuff marks on walls (up to 5 Areas)
  - Clean wardrobes including mirror, cupboards and drawers
  - Clean light fittings and switches
  - Clean windows and glass sliding doors inside and out (up to 5 windows)
  - Clean window ledges, skirting boards and doors wipe
  - Clean and dust fans.
  - Clean Doors and Window tracks.
  - Remove Cobwebs.
  - Quick Dusting Venetian and vertical blinds.
  - Vacuum Carpet areas.
  - Vacuum and mop hard floor areas.
  - Vacuum and mop tiled floors and floorboards.
- BATHROOM & LAUNDRY end of lease
  - Clean showers, shower screens, basins, toilet
  - mould from tile walls. Scrub when necessary
  - Clean benches and tiled areas
  - Clean bathroom Mirrors.
  - Clean dust and polish towel rails and toilet roll holders
  - Clean cupboards and drawers inside and outside
  - Clean Power Points and light switches
  - Clean Floor that includes vacuuming and mopping
  - Clean the doors and door frames
  - Clean the air vents
  - Clean the air vents of Laundry
  - Dusting of Laundry area
  - Vacuum and mop Laundry area
  - Clean Lint from the dryer Laundry area
  - Clean Sink and Remove Cobweb Laundry area
- KITCHEN end of lease
  - Clean cupboards and drawers inside and outside
  - Clean surface areas including splash back
  - Clean windows and windowsills
  - Clean Oven including walls, racks, griller and trays inside
  - Clean stove top, induction hotplates and range hood
  - Sinks and polish including taps
  - Clean Power Points and light switches
  - Clean Floor that includes vacuuming and mopping
