On 13th Sept 2020 afternoon, we had a call from one of the customers for an emergency cleaning request from Ryde for cleaning on next day 14th Sept 2020 morning. She had a big birthday party for her son on 12th Sept and had a lot of mess all around the house. There was not even a proper space to walk around in the house. And she had few guests to be visiting on 14th. This visit was confirmed with her relatives so quick that she didn’t even have a time to clean that big mess all around. She was feeling helpless and stressed. We can imagine being from her shoes and we can feel the tense moment.

She tried very hard to get help from her friend and family but later found out everyone were busy. She then thought of calling few cleaning companies but found out their cleaning services are very much costly than expected and couldn’t arrange fix time for tomorrow morning as urgent cleaning service. It was last moment work order and most of the services already had their schedule fixed Then she rang Nice and Clean General Services (us) worried and was asking for immediate cleaning service. She was willing to pay extra as well not caring about the cost but wanted to get the work done. Our customer support team checked the calendar, but all our staffs had busy schedule. Our staff from customer service asked lady to grant some time so that he can try his best to fit her in to the calendar. There was no available time slot, but he called few customers and asked if services can be postponed or preponed without effecting their work or other schedule. Luckily one of the customers agreed and happy on new cleaning schedule. Eventually, our customer service made her fit into the work schedule for 14th Sept 2020. She was very happy when she heard that schedule is available for her. NICE AND CLEAN did not even charge her extra for the immediate service. After all customer satisfaction is our main motto. She was also shocked that she was getting immediate service in very reasonable price. We are sure that she is going to refer to her friends and family in the future.

Our team were very punctual and did reached on time. There were foods, kid toys scattered everywhere. They really had a big party. Keeping calm our team started to work from bedroom to bathroom. They took around 2 hours and cleaned 99.99% of the mess. They separated all the necessary and unnecessary items first and then cleaned windowsills, cleared cobwebs, wiped tables sinks mirrors, glasses, toilets bowls, vacuumed carpets and mopped all tiles. Customer was fully surprised and not expecting that team will finish work that quick and so clean. She was really happy with the work and did call in office mentioning that team did great work and happy to start regular cleaning service from next fortnight. She was so happy that she even gave a long and great review in our website.
