Was told the cleaners would be there at 10am and would call before coming. On the day, no one showed up. The sub-contracted cleaning person called me later saying he had not been informed of the exact details of the service by the company and was therefore at another job. Had to organise a last minute clean through another service because of this.Other issues I had with this company..1. No one answers the registered number EVER. Always went to voicemail (even on the day of the service when I called to check why no one showed up).2. The service never bothered calling me back to give an explanation for their colossal stuff up or apologise.My suggestion..there are other cleaning services on the Central Coast...use them instead.I have attached my email correspondence with the company as evidence.

Not only did they offer a very reasonable quote for the work required, the three young men who attended were efficient, courteous and, above all, did a good job.
