Cancellation Fee does not apply at all if our client informs to NICE AND CLEAN before 24 hours.
We understand that life can be very hard sometimes and it is hard to ensure the timetable will go right every time. This may result in our clients having to reschedule or cancel a clean.
We are always there for you and we will ensure we will do our very best to accommodate you in every step we can.
Only thing we will we ask is that you give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE.
Please understand that time is money. If our client fails to provide us notice at least 24 hours, then our staffs will end in wasting their day schedule travelling or planning to your service unnecessarily when they could be working at another job servicing another client.
If our client give us late-notice (within 24 hours) then we will have no choice but to apply a cancellation fee of 10 % of the service fee.
Example: if the service is for $250 then the cancellation fee will be $25.
